Born and raised in the City of Gold, Johannesburg, Darielle now calls a farm in Franschhoek home, where she lives with her husband Gareth, their two beautiful daughters, Georgia and Gabriella, four dogs, horses, and a flock of free-range chickens. It’s here, surrounded by nature and inspiration, that her ideas take flight.

NapKin Cole was born during the stillness of COVID, when the events industry paused and Darielle pivoted with purpose. What began as a collection of stylish serviettes designed to brighten home entertaining has since evolved into Salt & Paper—a growing range of sustainable luxury paper goods that bring joy to every table.
